We are happy to announce that the government has agreed to our proposal. As Wednesday April 15th we are able to work on your vehicles once again while following strict sanitary guidelines outlined by our industry and government. 

If you would like to make an appointment for your vehicle please take a look at the following information. We are excited to have the opportunity to work on your vehicle once again.

  • Tire changes, including balancing and alignment and tire storage.
  • Scheduled vehicle maintenance.
  • All vehicle repairs

CURRENT SANITARY PROTOCOLS

Contactless Service


As outlined in the government-approved guidelines, numerous safety and sanitary measures have been implemented in all of our dealerships in order to avoid all physical contact between you and our team. 

For the time being, clients will not be allowed to enter the dealerships while their vehicles are being serviced and we would ask our customers to please arrange for their own transportation home from the store and back once the vehicle is ready. Furthermore, our shuttle service will not be available and our rental cars are available starting at $29.99 in limited quantities.


Please note that we will only be serving customers that have already booked an appointment through phone service and will not be able to accommodate drop-in requests. Moreover, as we will be required to operate with fewer than normal members of our team, we will not be able to offer the same vehicle cleaning services. 

Please find below the different procedures that we have put in place:
 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE WITH YOUR VEHICLE AT THE DEALERSHIP

  • Installation of protective coverings on driver seat and steering wheel.
  • Closing of showrooms, waiting areas and shuttle service. Please organize travel to and from the dealership accordingly.
  • for tire services please leave your wheel locks on the front seat.
     

WORK PERFORMED ON YOUR VEHICLE


Rigorous hand washing procedures for all employees before and after handling customer vehicles.

Disinfection of key vehicle surfaces at handover and delivery.

 

VEHICLE HANDOVER


Vehicle key and priority surfaces will be disinfected.

Invoices and documents will be emailed or texted when possible.
